"Ethical investing is an avenue to integrate and align our values with our investment decisions, enabling us to achieve returns whilst delivering social and environmental good. It provides us all an opportunity to apply, leverage and utilise the 'system of finance' to create a positive impact on people and planet. After 20 years in the field of finance and searching for the bigger purpose, the final "ah-ha" moment came for me when I moved into the arena of ethical investing, sustainable investing and impact investing. It was the missing piece of the puzzle in terms of matching my work with my personal values for the maximum impact. Ethical investing allows me to authentically claim that I am walking my talk and gives me an opportunity to leave the world in a better place than when I first arrived on this planet."
