Working as part of the distribution team, John manages U Ethical’s client service and experience. This involves meeting client needs and expectations throughout one’s investment journey, as well as improving the efficiency of internal client-facing systems and processes; mitigating risk and adding value for both clients and the wider business. Prior to this role John was a senior associate at Mercer where he was responsible for providing financial advice to Mercer Super Trust and standalone clients by developing strategies and plans that meet the needs of the clients’ circumstances. He’s previously worked at SMSF Advisers Network and NAB.
