Erica Hall is director of strategy and distribution at U Ethical where she leads distribution, marketing and client relationship teams. Prior to this role she was the ESG strategist for Morningstar Australasia Pty Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Morningstar, Inc where she was responsible for conducting qualitative research on Australian and New Zealand managers and their funds. She brings to U Ethical an impressive knowledge of the ethical investment landscape.
Prior to joining Morningstar in 2017, Hall started her career as a money market dealer and has worked in a variety of roles within financial services, including strategy, product, and client relationship management. Hall holds a master’s degree in financial planning from RMIT, a graduate diploma in applied finance and investments from FINSIA, and bachelor’s degrees in arts and commerce from Deakin University.
