Mark has over 30 years of experience in Manufacturing, leading companies in Australia, the U.S. and China. He was most recently the Chairman and President of an Electric Vehicle company in China from 2020 – 2021, and since then has held a number of advisory and non-executive director positions.

While working as Head of Strategy and CFO for Ford Motor Company in China, he served on the Board of Ford Lio Ho (Taiwan), an automotive manufacturing and distribution company where he was also Chair of the Audit Committee. He also served as a Board Member at CFME Manufacturing, in Nanjing China.

Mark was a Director and CFO of Ford of Australia from 2011-2016. Prior to this, he held a number of executive positions in the United States.

Mark is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He is also a member of the Uniting Church, and attends St Leonards Uniting church in Brighton Beach, Victoria.
